Using a Vintage Daltile Tile Color Chart; looks like;

Measures approx. 2 inches tall X 5-7/8 inches wide.
Total Depth is 2-7/8 inches.
Recessed portion is 1 inch.
This is a surface mount to be installed over the field tile (semi-flush) and not flush with it.
There is about 1/2 inch overlay on the surrounding field tile.
Depth needed for installation is 1 inch from finished surface
Projection from finished surface is 1-7/8 inches.
It is heavy weight at over 2 pounds.
Note: the bottom left corner..out of sight area has a tiny nick that has been touch up.
